The Footstool Project: Nepal Trekking Trip

WHY NEPAL?

Southeast is partnering with The Footstool Project (TFP) to reach the Tibetan Buddhist people groups of the Nepali Himalayas with the love of Jesus Christ. TFP is a church planting movement amongst 23 unreached people groups with the purpose to see Christ exalted at the top of the world

TRIP FOCUS

This will be a short-term mission trip that assists with the overall mission of The Footstool Project. Short-term mission trips can consist of 6-8 hours a day of trekking to remote, unreached villages, sharing the Gospel, distributing medicine and tracts, children's activities, health and hygiene awareness, and surveying and researching for future long-term projects.

Dates: October 8-22, 2016
Cost: $3000/person
Location: Kathmandu and remote villages in Himalayas
Trip Size: 12 people
Team Lead: TBD
Program: Short-term trekking trip
Requirements: Passport, The Footstool Project application, Southeast background check, $200 deposit and very good health
Deadline: Application & Deposit due June 30, 2016
