SERVE FOR AN HOUR ON A WEDNESDAY
Would you consider serving for an hour on a Wednesday night? Hey, It just might be a great way to be a part of your son/daughter's scene without encroaching on their territory.
We are looking for adults to assist with Snack Shack each week. The time commitment is 5:30p-6:30p on a Wednesday night. You can do this once a month, once a quarter, or just once.

OTHER OPPS: HOST A SMALL GROUP AT YOUR HOME
Hey Parents! Youth Group could use your help!
We'd like to offer more opportunities for our kids to connect with each other outside of regular church time, but we need adult volunteers to make it happen. Even opening up your home for some students to hang out and eat pizza or play games is a big deal!
Please contact Erica Swanson at email@example.com to learn more.
HIGH SCHOOL RETREAT
This is a ski trip, however, you do not have to be able to ski/snowboard to attend. We know we will have students on the trip who don't go to the mountain, but instead hang out in town for a fun day of activity.
When: February 17-19, 2017
Where: Winter Park, CO
STORY OF THE WEEK
SPECIAL SERVICE BEING PLANNED FOR HOLY WEEK
The week leading up to Easter seems far off but it’s only a handful of weeks away. Known as Holy Week, it is a time when Christians focus on Jesus’ journey to the Cross. Maundy Thursday is remembrance of Jesus’ commanded the disciples to, “Love one another as I have loved you.”
Southeast is partnering with nine other organizations to put on a service for Maundy Thursday and planning is underway. The service will feature five high school seniors speaking on Jesus’ words at the Last Supper. “It’s a service for the whole community,” the planning team explained. “It is a great opportunity to invite friends and family.”
Partnering organizations are Calvary Chapel, Campus Life, Crossroads, Eastern Hills, Greenwood, Mission Hills, PEPC, Parker United Methodist, and Summit.
