Debbie Winan's is a Chaplain, addictions counselor and the founder/ executive director of Inside/Out A Community Re-Entry Place, A transitional housing supportive aftercare program for women and men coming out of incarceration. Debbie herself has overcome years of incarceration, many levels of addictions and homelessness. Debbie has many years of experience, with a passion and a call on her life is to help others overcome and know with faith all things are possible with God.   • Any excess raised by the individual will be applied to their team expenses
  • Any team excess will be used by Missions at Southeast for expenses of other planned mission trips
