The Christmas Outreach began over 30 years ago as a ministry of Southeast Christian Church by providing Christmas to families in need. From this amazing ministry, Southeast Community Outreach (SECOR) was born. SECOR, a non-profit organization located in the Solomon Center, offers programs and services that help people throughout the year.
This year, Southeast will once again partner with SECOR to provide Christmas to over 1,000 children and 500 families. You don't want to miss out on this amazing experience!
NOV 18 - DEC 3
Christmas trees are set up in the lobby at Southeast with tags representing each child that will receive a gift for Christmas. We encourage everyone to select a tag off the trees and purchase a gift for a child. The tags include information about the child's age, gender and gifts they have personally requested. Once you have purchased a gift, place the gift in a shopping bag with the tag tucked safely inside! Return the gift to Southeast and place it under the Christmas tree by December 10.
DEC 11 - 12 FROM 9AM – 7:30PM
Every child that receives a gift during the Christmas Outreach will have their gift personally selected by people like you! Gifts need to be returned to Southeast unwrapped so our teams can make sure every child in a family gets the gift they have asked for. Once all the gifts are ready, the gifts need to be wrapped. This is where you can help! Over 1,000 gifts will need to be wrapped in a very short period of time. If you are 16 years old or older, join us anytime during the day! Wrapping supplies are provided, just bring your Christmas spirit!
