NEW HERE

Welcome! We're glad you are here.

At Southeast we start where you are, grow together as daily disciples, and love like Jesus where we live. We encourage you to discover why so many people call Southeast Christian Church their home.

What to Expect

While each service is unique, you will always experience these elements.

WORSHIP

You’ll be a part of some inspiring worship. Most people will stand during songs, but you are welcome to be seated. We display the words of the songs on the screens so you can follow along.

PRAYER TIME

Prayer partners with nametags are available to pray with you and will be standing at various locations around the Worship Center.

COMMUNION OR THE LORD'S SUPPER

The Lord's Supper (bread and juice) will be distributed to you at your seat. Gluten-free communion bread is available at the Worship Center entrances. We each take communion on our own after a quiet moment of reflection and prayer.

GIFTS & OFFERINGS

Those who call Southeast home can place their financial gifts and offerings in bags that are passed along each row. This is one of the ways we express gratitude to God for his blessings.

ASL TRANSLATOR

On Sundays at the 11 AM service, we have an American Sign Language (ASL) translator for those who have hearing impairments. Please be seated in one of the reserved seats in the front rows.

WHAT TO WEAR

You’re invited to come as you are!  Most of us tend to wear comfortable, casual clothing.

COFFEE

We offer free coffee at the wall near the coffee counter. If you prefer something a little fancier or even a cold beverage, we have a full-service coffee shop on site with drinks available for purchase. Feel free to take your beverage with you into the Worship Center.

For Your Family

First-Time Kids (Infants - 5th Grade)

When you enter the lobby, stop by the NextGen area. We will add your family information into our database and then one of our volunteers will lead your family to your child's age-appropriate room. We will print exclusive identification tags for your child to wear during the service and you will receive a matching tag. After the service, you will return to the classroom and show your tag in order for your child to be released back to you. In the future, when returning you may check your child in at any available kiosk.

If Your Child Needs You

In the event you are needed during the service, the identification code on your pick up tag, will appear on the screen. We ask that you exit the worship center and return to your child’s room.

Keeping Your Children Safe

Your child's safety is our top priority. Every child’s name tag is matched to a parent-identification number, every volunteer is screened with an interview and federal background check, and every hallway is monitored by security personnel.

First-Time Students (6th - 12th Grade)

Middle school and high school students are invited to attend a service with their family, and are encouraged to get involved through serving in a ministry area on the weekend. We encourage students to visit Starting Point (in the lobby near the coffee counter) to connect at Southeast by serving others. Students are invited to join us at City, our Wednesday night youth group.

Special Environments

Special Needs

A sensory-friendly room is available for children with special needs at the 11 AM service. Trained volunteers lovingly serve children and teach them about Jesus on their level.

Moms' Viewing Room

We have a "Moms Only" room for nursing mothers where they can view the worship service on large screen monitors.
