Southeast U - 2 Corinthians

How should those of us who name the name of Christ, who hold to the truth of God's word, live in this culture that wants nothing to do with God's ways? Are we prepared, are we equipped for the days ahead?
Paul's world was very similar, and his exhortations in 2 Corinthians are timely. Join us as we take an in-depth look at them and his instructions to the church in Corinth. The cost is $30 for the book and materials. Morning and evening classes start on Monday September 14th at 9:30 am and 6:30 pm in Room 251.

What do Hindus, Muslims, Buddhists, secularists, and the growing number of “spiritual but not religious” people actually believe? More importantly, how can Christians lovingly engage them with the hope of Jesus?
Religions & Worldviews is an 8-week journey that will help you understand the beliefs shaping our world, strengthen your biblical foundation, and equip you to build authentic relationships and meaningful gospel conversations with people from every background.
Southeast U - Esther and the Public Square

Esther and the Public Square: Faith, Courage, and Political Engagement.
The book of Esther is unique in Scripture — it never mentions God by name, yet it is driven by his providence, working quietly through the choices of ordinary people caught in the machinery of an empire. Esther, a Jewish woman who becomes queen of Persia, and Mordecai, her cousin who works within the halls of government, both have to decide how to act when their faith, their people, and their political position pull them in different directions. Rather than offering a simple political playbook, Esther invites us into the messiness of real engagement — where faith and civic responsibility collide. This study is designed to help participants wrestle honestly with what it looks like to hold faith and citizenship together with wisdom, courage, and humility. Cost for attendees: $20
