The Executive Operations Director is responsible for providing strategic leadership, oversight, and development of the church’s operational and administrative functions of Southeast Christian Church. This role will work with executive team members and other staff to carry out the vision and mission of Southeast Christian Church. This position will lead out high level vision and strategy while maintaining a detail-oriented perspective. It is important that this role represents the church at large, including the school, and recognize that decision-making should be done for the good of the whole organization, rather than for specific groups or ministries.

This position will assist all technical disciplines associated with weekend services and events including training, scheduling and discipleship for all staff and volunteers in the areas of audio, video and lighting.
