Child Dedication at Southeast is an opportunity to make a commitment to raise your kids to know, love, and serve God. Attend this introductory class in order to participate. You will learn about the resources available for your family at southeast, connect with other families, and learn what it means to lay a foundation of Faith for your child.

Mark your calendar for The 5 Love Languages with Dr. Gary Chapman. The premise of The 5 Love Languages is quite simple: different people with different personalities give and receive love in different ways. By learning to recognize these preferences in yourself and in your loved ones, you can learn to identify the root of your conflicts, connect more profoundly, and truly begin to grow closer.

The Connections Class is an opportunity to learn more about our Southeast family. We have members from many different church backgrounds within our congregation, so it is essential that we learn to function as a unified team. This class is designed to explain our playbook so that we can effectively advance toward a clear, purposeful goal. This is a two-part class held on two consecutive Sundays. Attendees must be at least 16 years old. Lunch will be provided and childcare is available with registration.

Find Jesus, community, & purpose. Prayer & Worship Nights are on the first Sunday of every month at 6 PM. Invite your friends, family, and co-workers to join us in the Worship Center or live online for a time of meaningful connection to God through reverent prayer and engaging worship. Southeast Christian Church and Legacy Coalition are hosting a live-streamed Grandparenting Summit Conference. The purpose of this event is to learn how to facilitate genuine relational discipleship within the context of your family and to build a lasting spiritual legacy. The Legacy Grandparenting Conference is for you if... -You want to see your grandchildren follow Christ -You desire to leave a lasting legacy of love -You want to influence generations of your family for Christ (Cost for attendees: $49 until September 12, $59 until Day of the Event, $69 at the door)

What does brain science have to do with spiritual growth? Christianity can often feel formulaic, with many asserting that Right Beliefs + Will Power + the Holy Spirit = Transformation. However, this type of approach is very literally ‘half-brained’. Biblical evidence and recent neuroscience developments show that the best way to develop lasting character transformation is through training our brain through joyful connections with Him and others, a type of process that envelops the whole brain. In this hands-on workshop, we will learn and practice skills that will revolutionize your relationship with God, others, and help you become who God designed you to be by utilizing both sides of your brain. If you struggle with feeling ‘stuck’ in your faith and experiencing God in shallow ways, you won’t want to miss this dynamic class, led by professional counselor, Alyssa Vogelewede. Snacks will be served.
