Embodied Advent

Join us for a Christ-centered, Spirit drenched morning mini retreat of weaving movement and breath, stillness and reflection, prayer and God's word -- an experience designed to help you slow down and prepare Him room in your heart, mind, body, and soul. Come experience peace, presence and the hope of Emmanuel. Light breakfast is included.
