oin us for an hour of movement, prayer, and God's Word. "Grace in Motion" is a unique experience where women come together for fitness and worship through the rhythm of breath and body. As we move, God's Word will be read over us, inviting His peace and presence into every step. This event is donation-based, with all proceeds supporting Women's Ministry and Triad, an organization mobilizing Christians and churches among the nations to make disciples and multiply churches, spreading Gosepl-hope on the frontlines of urgent need. Your contribution helps us continue to serve and bless others. Grace in Motion will happen the 2nd and 4th Saturday of every month! Please bring a yoga mat, a water bottle, any props you may need, such as a strap or block, and a journal if you so desire. Come prepared to move, breathe, and connect with the Lord in a spirit of worship.

As an Army Lieutenant Colonel, Chuck served as a leader, including three years on the Joint Staff in the Pentagon. Chuck will be taking us through what "Generational Manhood" looks like today and how we can apply it to our lives. Register ASAP! Mary Morgan and Sarah Shannon—who holds a degree in psychology and a master’s in human nutrition and dietetics—will gently guide us in a conversation about how God lovingly designed our bodies to work in harmony and goodness. Together, we’ll talk about what fasting is, how it affects the body, and how aligning our spirit, body, and mind can help us grow closer to the Lord. As a multigenerational community of women, we’ll also share practical and grace-filled insights around women’s health and essential nutrition. The same studio (Angel Studios) who brought us amazing content like The Chosen has recently put out a new film called 'The Lord's Prayer'. This is in partnership with The Sacred Thread and comes from the book 'Bringing Heaven Here' by Brad Gray and Brad Nelson (both have preached at Southeast). In this cinematic journey, we will explore the Lord’s Prayer across the landscapes where Jesus first spoke it. Hosted by Brad Gray and featuring insights from N. T. Wright and other scholars, learn about the prayer’s cultural, historical, and spiritual depth. Southeast will be hosting a special private screening of this acclaimed film on Monday, February 23. Doors open at 6:00 pm, and the film runs from 6:30-8 PM with a special Q&A from Brad Nelson afterwards. He will also be doing a book signing (for the book Bringing Heaven Here) in the lobby afterwards. This book is available at the Southeast bookstore for purchase prior to the event.

New Volunteer Training for Kids Ministry will be held on Sunday, 04/12/2026 from 11 AM-12 PM in Meeting Room C.
